I have a 15 mm stone in right kidney,though I dont have any pain in my abdomen. Is it possible to cure it without surgery or a surgery is indispensable?

My mother age 54 was having puss cells in urine culture test. And there was a heating in urination. This problem cured by medicine in 10 day. After this there was a pain in stomach with fever at 104 F . in sonography test mild hydronephrosis and swelling in kidney is shown. Dr given medicine and the pain is now gone but fever is there. In blood creatinine test 1.35mg/dl . BLOOD UREA IS ALSO NORMAL .I WANT TO ASK THE DIET . May I give olive oil+ lemon juice+ water mixture in morning.suggesT ME
