Red urine from today morning. I think it is blood. How to cure this? Is this related to kidney stone?

Pain in stomach due to stone in kidney total Stones are 3 5mm each. From yesterday night I omited 4 times. On today morning my naighbour doctor inject me octos a q name not remember.

My doctor prescribed me 10 nitrofurantoin 100 mg tablets. I have completed this 10 tablets course .still I am feeling burning sensation while urination and frequent urination . should I continue this tablets for another 5 days.

Frequent urination during the day. During night it is 2-3 times. As per recently done ultrasonograpy Prostrate size is 5.50×5.32×5.28 CM. Vol - 80.88 CC. MEDIAN LOBE BULGE SEEN. CAPSULE IS INTACT. Impression: PROSTATOMEGALY. Patient's age is 73 and has diabetes however the same as per recent test is 123.t mg/dl (Fasting) and 160.6 mg/dl (Post prand).
