Kidney Problems

Im a 22 year old male. Last day when I faced a slight pain in back, I checked my createnin and it is 1.8. All other values are normal.

Mild gall bladder wall thickening 5.9mm.2.5 x2.0cms follicular cyst on upper pole.and mild free fluid in POD. Can I know this is dangerous.

I have two stones in each kidney of 4 and 5 mm. Suggest me some ayurvedic medicine to remove stones.

I was suffering from dengue one months ago and my platelets counts decreased to 1 lacks and then I took medicine and natural remedies and the platelets count increased to 1.90 lacks and after that I left consuming medicine and now my platelets counts again decreased to 1.39. I'm tensed is this a big problem what should I do now ? Please help me .
