Kidney Problems

Sometimes fluid is present in my right testimonial When i presa it it goes upward and automatically comes downward again now its started painful to me

My father(68 yrs) is taking urimax d at night for last 6months but in the night time he wakes up 5-6 times to urinate and feels an urge to pee many a times during bed time . The day time urination routine is normal, how can we reduce this frequency, is this caused because of urimax d? He is a patient of perkinsionism as well and lack of sleep due to frequent urination making things worse. Please advise. Blood sugar report is normal .

I am urinating very frequently more than 10 times a day, not having more water as well and do not have diabetes. What could be the cause?
