Bilateral hydronephrosis -right>left
Hello Doctor I am suffering pain in my left upper body. My gynaecologist suggest an ultrasound. In ultrasound my Pelvicalyceal system are dilated and Bilateral Hydronephrosis -right>left. What is this and now what to do. I m in very tension Thanks

Hydronephrosis may be due to overfilled bladder. Recheck ultrasound with empty bladder and if still Hydronephrosis is there then get done  IVP and consult on my profile
