Hydronephrosis
Urine is not flow clearly and it's creats pain. After USG the report shows the below problem Right kidney shows mild hydronephrosis Left kidney shows gross hydronephrosis impression-Bilateral renal hydronephrosis. Please suggest proper treatment and some medicine to cure

If there's bilateral hydroureteronephrosis, then there could be a bladder issue which is manifesting as this. Best is to look at your uroflowmetry . If it's suggestive of obstructive pattern, then a cystoscopic assessment with urethral dilation is needed. If the urethra is normal, but still there is hydroureteronephrosis, then urodynamic assessment is needed. Medicine may not cure you. You may have to do Clean intermittent catheterization periodically. You need to be in follow up with a Urologist. If the kidney function is deteriorated, then nephrologist also has a role in treating you.
