Doubt of kidney stones
I am having slight pain in left back side with some gas in abdomen. Urination is fine and color is also good. Pain started since 2 days. What tests to be done to know i have kidney stone. And which pain killer to be taken. Can i use any paracetamol. Please help.

Sonography report shows There are right renal mid and lower calyceal (7 X 5mm) size non obstructing calculi noted in right kidney, no hydronephrosis noted.
There is left renal upper calyceal (7 X 5mm) size non obstructing calculus noted, no hydronephrosis noted.

Right kidney not functioning.
Right kidney not functioning report shows in usg,kub,ivp tests.But left kidney functioning well.Blood test shows suger,creatinine, urea all are in good level. 2 hour film in ivp test right kidney not visualized.
