I noticed a small projection...almost 1cm outside of anus..by morning ..it goes inside..but then it suddenly after afternoon ...it comes out..it is sometimes painfull and is itching also..i am scared if it turns out to be something serious ...what should i do....plzzz help

Hydronephrosis in left kidney
Hi
My husband had hydronephrosis in left kidney for which a ureteral stent was placed.
IVP after that still shows there is no obvious excretion of contrast in left kidney. Is it because the contrast inside stent is not visible in IVP or there is really no excretion from left kidney. Kindly help to understand.
