I have albumin 4+in my urine am not diabetic is it a serious problem Do i have any kidney damage

Hi, I have an burning pain in the right side of my stomach, and it lasts for 2 sec and then go not always comes to , should I be worried? , and I do light sports

My kidney shape is different to others. But functions are normal. If any problem faced in future?

Creatinine is increase 1 unit per month .so is dialysis necessary for this condition or any medicine can control this.
