Feeling pain at the time of urine passage, having continous fever and weakness and feeling cold sometimes also periods are not regular

I have three stone in my kidney 10,11 and 13 mm please suggest me what can i do

Every hour i go for urine. I have pain there, it burns a lot. Some times, I get out of control when I dont go for urine.traveling is becoming issue for me.because I can't control urine.

Hello doctor 5 days back am diagnosed with 3mm &4mm stones in kidney and 5mm stone in right ureter.and my creatinine1.5mg/dl.now I have no pain.my doctor check my creatinine again it shows again1.5mg/dl.my doctor put some medications like nefronac ; torsikind10 and k mac b6 active syrup for 10 days.after clearing stones my kidney recover fully and it works normal as like previous.there is any serious in this case.thank you sir.
