Kidney Problems

I have a 5 years kid.he has by birth one kidney non functional and second one was functional.As instructed by doctor Nephrectomy done 3 years ago.right now he is fine.going well.my query was is there any precautions to be taken for him.

I've been having bad pains when urinating. My bladder feels full and I'm uncomfortable. I had bladder infection twice in 3 months. Please advise why this is happening again

I am taking 1 tablet twice daily. I have taken 3 tablets so far. The side effects are pretty brutal though. Feeling of being high or very spaced out. Itchiness on the face when taken and face heat up as well. Almost feels like flu symptons from the pills. Feel like can't breathe some times which could be anxiety. Is all antibiotics like this or should I switch up to something less harsh? Will the symptons subside in the next couple of days? I am supposed to take them for 14 days.
