Hi , My mother 42 years old is having UTI. Inspite of treatment , having medicines since months there is no improvement. There is no reduction in pus cells count in urin lab test . Could you please help what needs to be done to get it cured

My father is 78, for prostate problem he is taking urimax .5 He is still passing urine frequently and when he walks there is issue of dripping. He has no diabetes, blood pressure or cholesterol problem. Please advice.
