Kidney Problems

16 year old male. Ball is roughly 0.4 cm in diameter and is very hard. It is painless. Additionally it is attached via a tube like structure which is flat and sort of wide (0.1 cm wide). Noticed it first 7 months ago. Hasn't grown at all however the connecting tube like structure might have gotten bigger. It is attached to the epididmysis from what I can tell and can move around freely (except when the tube like structure cannot extend).

My auntie had 2.5cm kidney stone. So my question is in how much time we sholud do surgery??

Lately I notice that my urine is somewhat cloudy. It is also sometimes creates a foam when I urinate. I read that this might be the cause of proteins. However, I don't have any further health problems and it doesn't bother me. I just want to know whether this might be bad.
