Kidney Problems

I flow of the urination is slow and i am unable to control the urination. I am diabetic from past 10 years and having bp from 2 years. My prostate enlargement is 47 cc so is the above problem is due to prostate enlargement?

I am diagnosed with Uti with lumbar spasm. Last oct 16 I started to take ofloxocin for 7days. But the result was nothing. I still have uti and my lower back still in pain. My doctor prescribe a diff antibiotic its cefuroxime500mgvtwice a day. For 7days today is the last day. I feel better but there is still little pain on my lower back.
