  4. Abdominal pain lower &left; sided. Do?

Abdominal pain lower &left sided
I felt 15 days back pain in my left side of lower abdomen.It is not always felt & slight pain in nature.but 15 days back I felt severe pain for 1 day,even during movement i felt.Now there is no pain i feel but sometime feel slight pain.i have done my CBC & Routine urine test.My Hb % is 44%.D/D count is normal but in urine exm epithelial cell is 1'3 & pus cell is 2'5 hpf.What are your opinion about me? And is the USG is need to do? Ans pz.....
