Kidney Problems

I am feeling extreme weakness since last two days. It has been observed that I have experienced it after taking medicine containing salt tamsulosin hydrochloride. Can you tell me that is it the side effect of taking this salt? And how can I recover from it. Should I stop taking this. Can it even have serious results. I will be much obliged to u.... Pls reply soon.....
