My husband's ultrasound scan shows fatty liver fullness of right pelvicalyceal system and bilateral renal calculi.what does it means plz suggest what things should be avoided in this situation.his age is 38

Hi I’ve has pain for about 13 days in my bladder. I had bad cramping, back and rib pain at the beginning so put it down to a bad period. After my period finished the pain continued so I visited the doctor, who done a urine test which come back clear. She told me to wait a few days see if it goes. Now it’s been another 7 days and the pain is in my bladder, I constantly feel like I need the toilet and it hurts when I pass urine.

I diluted the Amikacin vial with 10 ml sterile water.has it any contraindication?

Severe reoccurring pains for the past 3 days, went to the doctors and got ultrasounds and blood tests, although I won't receive information until Friday.
