Kidney Problems

I'm a 34-year-old male and my GFR is 61 before 6 months was 79. I'm not diabetic, I've never had high blood pressure, never smoked, I exercise hardly, and I'm not overweight. What could have caused this?

I am facing high BP problem pre and post dialysis. Even after taking medicines is not helping to control it. Please suggest

Hello, I accidentaly burned (scalded) my glans with hot water, while I was trying to clean it with soap and warm water, I poured some water on it, but inmediately I noticed that it was hotter than it was expected to be, and quickly I removed the water, I am very worried because I want to know if its dangerous to get a gangrene or something worse due to this accident.
