Kidney Problems

Hello sir, when i go to urination as per regular cycle there is regular flow of urination but after 15 minutes again i need to go to bathroom for little urination this is running at every 15 minutes intervals.. I have consulted to MBBS doctor and MD too and as per my sonography report all are right and normal no any abnormality shown. As per my urine culture test there was found Klebseill pneumoniae 40000 with ESBL and doctor told me nothing too worry and prescribed some medicines but not cured

I m having urine problem since last one year. I feel urge to urinate frequently. When I urinate, in starting I urinate normally but in last feel irritation & feel that still have to urinate.
