Hello I have pain in back areas ..already I have same problem I took urine test its uti.. Now I am having pain in back but I have no burning sensation while urination..is it possible uti without burning sensation while urinating??

Upper tract urinary infection may not have burning but may have pain in flanks or back area.get urine culture and sensitivity test done to know the type of offending bacteria and appropriate antibiotic treatment as per your investigation report
