Creatinine 1.8 ..urea 75 in 75 year old female..renal scan is 94 prcnt normal... taking cilnodipine fr bp

I’ve been feeling occasionally nauseous, have UTI symptoms but apparently I don’t have a UTI (visited doctor) and have been unable to sleep well and tired all the time. i feel like it’s nothing serious but I can’t explain any of these and it has me slightly nervous. I am physically very healthy and fit but do have bipolar disorder and anxiety.

My dad's  creatinine level is 2.90. Is NEPRO LP useful or harmful? He is taking this in the evening two scoops per day.
