Need to know whether urimax D and Bigcef 250 cures the same problem. Should this both medicines should be taken together or any one is fine

I feel a sharp pain every time I urinate. I have also been urinating frequently and sometimes feel the urge to pee but nothing happens

I have been always become tired and having headache and urinate frequently and having hunger .i have tested for diabetes for 2 times reports got normal, and also tested for ADH that was also normal. This problem is with me from last 3 yrs and getting worse. I have diagnosed by kidney specialist (2) they also reported everything is fine with urinary system. I am so confused what to do then. Plz help me.

Hi. My test results are as following:serum pottasium, sodium and calcium(total) are exatctly normal and D 25OH(total) 32.34ng/ml. My urine: my ca.oxalate:many, PH=5, protein trace, WBC, 2-3 (/hpf) and RBC 0-1. The problem is my mind and stress!thats why i did test. Do Ive any deficiency?like magnesium?it wasnt in test and just my urine wasnt normal
