I think i'm suffering from a disease called gonorrhea for 2 days.And also having a sore throat

Sir i had pain in my right kidney then ultra sound was recommended and the result was fullness of pelvicalyeal in right kidney.. please tell me its treatment

Ever since childhood, whenever the weather was supremely hot or I didn't get as much water as I would like, I would get immensely painful spasms around where my kidneys are. Before I go into any more detail, I'd like to state that I was previously told this could be due to kidney stones, but that's now looking like it's not the case. The pain only lasts a minute, but as of lately I've noticed it happening even when I was well hydrated, but exhausted/overworked.
