Kidney Problems

Mild hydronephrosis right side due to suspected partial PUJ obstruction.what does this mean and treatment plz tell me.

Dear sir , From last two months urine is  coming from two holes or spum hole. I'm quite afraid of it . Treatment would be operation or medicine.

I Have foamy urine since almost a year now. Every time i urinate white foam gets formed on top of toilet water. I consulted my family doctor recently and he advised to do following test 1)CBC 2)BUN 3)URINE. 4)Blood sugar The following were the results. 1)CBC WAS NORMAL except high eosinophil count at 12% 2)BUN also is completely normal 3) Urine was also completely normal protein was absent in urine test. 4)Blood sugar also came out normal. So what exactly is the issue?

At morning after waking up and Going toilet I drink one litre of water everyday but I feel to urinate After 2 hours . Is my kidney is working slowly ...? Or something else?? Plz help... I also feel to urinate only 2 or 3 times in day time... and no urination in night ... No pain no symptoms no sweating swelling...

I have been suffering from back pain at right side from 5-6 months from now. Initially I thought it was a regular back pain but the pain is consistently at the right side. I am confused whether it is a kidney problem or back problem. Please suggest me which specialist should I contact.

I have a calculus at the left vesicoureteric junction measuring 6.3mm causing mild proximal hydroureteronephrosis. Q1. What are the chances that it will pass ? Q2. Will there be any pain till it passes? If so, then what should be done inorder to reduce pain? Q3. How long will it take to pass?
