If bacteria e coli gets in urinary tract then which problem it would cause first - bladder infection or prostatitis..?

I have suffered from varicocele grade 2 from last 2 years. 2 years back, there was pain. I was taken the ayurvedic medicine from last 1.5 years. Whenever i take the ayurvedic medicine, no pain felt. From last 6 months, i have not taken the ayurvedic medicines. And no pain feel from last 6 months. I have taken some lifestyle changes. Now recently, i am taking healthviva daily multivitamin from 2 weeks and feel heaviness in scrotum. Kindly suggest the lifestyle changes or medicines for no pain due to varicocele. I dont want to go for surgery. Multivitamin becadexamine or some other multivitamin should be take.

My mother is 70 years old. She has low urine output around 250-350ml in 24hours with 1000ml water and food. Few days before the catheter was pulled while cleaning got hurt and was bleeding for some minutes. Wanted to know if the hurt could cause low urine output.

I have an inflammation on the back, in the kidney's area (left side) and pain in both sides (kidney's area as well).
