Kidney Problems

I've had urinary issues for about year now. I first noticed the issue when I had pain after a release of seminal fluid. I've taken several tests that showed no signs of any STD or related infections. I was given ciprofloxacin and it still didn't help the issue. One test that I took showed a moderate amount of budding yeast and not sure if that's something to look into. What should be my next steps?

My father is 89 , his Urea test result is 80 mg/dl and Creatinine is 1.3 mg/dl , is his kidnies in risk?

CT scan Report : Right kidney measures 11.6 x 5 cm. Left hydronephrosis noted with cortical thinning without calculus - features suggestive of chronic obstructive uropathy. 6 x 4 CM approximately measuring collection noted in post op site extending into space of retzius with involvement of left obturator interns muscle.

I’ve been getting this weird yellow stuff in my underwear the last few months and when I find it it’s always dry. i can’t control it but sometimes I can feel it coming out of me and it happens everyday!

Usg report showing 35mm×29mm×24mm polypodal lesion coming from ub wall of urinary bladder.my age is 21 years.is it dangerous or life threatening please reply my query.thank u
