Kidney Problems

My urine is very dark since 3weeks. When I drink additional water it will be normal and when I don't drink additional water it will dark

Feeling burning sensation while urine.  Feeling pain as well. I have used menstrual cup during period and it has happened just after that. Although I have been using these cups since 5 years.

I am female and having frequent urination since 2 days. I m having an urge to urinate after 40-45 minutes with pain and discomfort. Please suggest causes for the same and how it can be cured.

My father is 57 yrs old and because of the blood in urine we did usg from two different pathology labs.The results are different.In one report there is a soft polypoid tissue SOL (16*9 mm)attached to the left lateral wall of urinary bladder and in another report there is broad based irregularly marginated soft tissue 1.3cm*0.7cm is seen along the left half of base, also there is a 3mm left renal midpolar minor calyceal calculas is seen.after cystoscopy dr. said that there is a 2cm superficial pedunculated papillary tumour 1cm away from left UO and another small 0.5cm papillary lesion right side proximal to right.he gave mitomycin 40.deep muscle biopsy taken. We are waiting for biopsy report.so now my question is what to do with that 3mm calculas on the renal area?can it be another tumour?the doctors didn't tell us to do any ct scan before cystoscopy.
