How effective is emobolization in curing varicocele as compared to surgery? any side effects?

Blood is coming from urine and urine culture report is normal i have 2 kidney stone one at left kidney and one at left urethra

I'm an older woman that suffers from bladder leaks and i'm currently wearing pads but I find I leak a lot and have trouble staying dry. I want to know if there is a medication that can be used to help with bladder leaks. Does the herbal supplements like AZO bladder control work? Do OTC patches like Oxytrol work well? I have a primary doctor that can prescribe me medication but I'm worried about talking any as they are linked to Dementia or Alzheimers. Do the OTC patches have these same risks?

From last 2 years i get swelling any time in my any part of the body. It usually happened when i am very much tensed. But now a days it happens frequently every day.. also headache occurs frequently. I have to take citrazine medicine this time. Note- I had a csection delievery 2 years before. I had a very painful mental experience 4 years before which i am not able to forget today also. Swelling is now getting me tensed that whether i am not having cancer or kidney disease.
