Kidney Problems

Ive been having pains in my left kidney for 1 day , it just started suddenly after i had my meal , i dont have any urination problems or any other symptoms and im not using any kind of substants . I stay a lot on my couch playing on my game console im wondering if that could be the reason because i rely on my left side in a bad position.

Have had pain in lower abdomen, and having dark cloudy urine that is frequite and stings.

My creatinine is 1.51 and uric acid is 8.3.as per kft rest are normal. Kindly lst me know weather it is curable or not?

My creatinine level has increased from 1.8 to 3.1 And also my liver is pretty weak So I've been advised not to eat salt,spice,vegetables and fruits My doctors thought that my creatinine level is increasing because of few medicines that I've been taking...
