I was suffering difficulty while passing urine from my childhood. Also having thin urine flow. I am now 23. I am suffering penile discharge after urination and also when I am straining at stool .I have to straining before passing urine.

We need to rule out a obstruction in the urinary tract mostly urethral stricture, so you need a Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment. Based on the findings, retrograde urethrogram and voiding cystourethrogram for diagnosis of the condition.
