Kidney Problems

Hi I am a Female , Age 36 years. Since 2 hours back I am having very bad pain in lower abdomen and very frequent urge to pass urine but urine is not coming.

Continuous flow of urine after every 10 min since afternoon.certain kind of inflammation is also there not much.

I have got 20-25 rbc in my urine report. I am having headache, vomiting, stomach pain and blood in urine. I am taking ecosprin 325mg as doctor has prescribed me. Please tell me whether rbc in urine is because of ecosprin

My fathers createnine and urea are very high, increased in last 6 months. I am looking for alternative and safe treatment without dialysis.
