I am a sle pationt now my kidney swallon Creatine is 1.65 blood in urine positive my doctor gave endoxen500 now i am womiting and loose motion pls help me

I can't unable to pee..In restroom nd schools or else anywhere but I pee easily at home Or I m nervous at that time how can I rid of that I unable to pee plz..Help me this happens 4 months later

Frequently urinating, took tropez few years back for same problem and it vanished but it is happening again. Uroflowmetry, USG and urine routine examination are normal.
