I need to urinate very often than normal and also i leak the drops of urine when i am done and also these problems get worse in winter

My mother is not able to control her urine. She visits a washroom after every hour. She has been having this problem since last 2 months

From today afternoon I'm getting frequent urine, after couple of hours blood was coming mixing with urine and some clotted blood too
