My fathers createnine and urea are very high, increased in last 6 months. I am looking for alternative and safe treatment without dialysis.

On December 15, I felt a back pain around the ribs several times. Today I had a horrible abdominal pain and doctor said is renal colic. I had an injection and felt better. Now I feel nauseous and have a little pain. My urine didn't show infection just sand and some blood. They told to drink much water. I don't know why this happened and what other exams to do. Can you please give me your opinion?
