My grandma is an sugar latient for past 20 years and now she effected by kidney failure.. can dialysis has an solution

My family is 62 yrs old. He is diabetic and recently he has broken his ankle. Since then, he is unable to control his urination. He is also unable to move as well because of his fractured ankle.

For a couple of months I have been suffering from bladder problems - particularly at night. The frequent need to intimate, a constant pressure as if I’m bursting for a wee and someone is sitting on my bladder however when I urinate there is little or no urine. I am taking nitrofurantoin and have just finished day 2 however no improvement. I was told my urine sample was negative however was prescribed 7 days. I’m worried this could be something worse. He underwent a bypass surgery (without heart attack) in 2001.Since one week he is having pain in his gonads.Today he went for scanning also.The scan report shows that there is no problem.There is a small swelling in his prostate glands.Today since he returned from the hospital he is talking unrelated matters and he can't remember anything.

My grandmom has been admitted to hospital reason kidney failure creatinine was 4.5 dr gave her medicine but it seems to not been working. So dilaysis has been done 7 times as of now. 4 days back dytor 100mg was givn to her her urine seems to be 1250 ml. But creatinine is 3.38 from 2.70 even after the urine being normal. Her age is 85 she has diabetes and bp which is stable as of now.
