Ihave having pus cell in centifuged deposit occasional in urine report----

Mild hydronephrosis right side due to suspected partial PUJ obstruction.what does this mean and treatment plz tell me.

Nausea,Vomiting Sensation. Initially I had giddiness , anxiety. so that i went for a doctor. he did tests for thyroid, sugar,bp, serum creatinine and albumin.after checking reports,he said you have mildly diabetes, tsh (3.83) but serum creatinie is 4.2. Then he said CT Scan KUB. I undergone with test and result is Bilateral mild to moderate hydrouteronephrosis ? due to distal obstruction / ? due to cystitis. Now am taking medicines for bp,sugar and thyroid. Now i am suffering from headache,vomitings. Doctor gave zofer injection. Is there any treatment otherthan catheter to decrease serum creatinine?

Hi Doctor, My brother is suffering from high sugar and he gets urinal sensation every 30 min. He has consulted many doctors in and around Chennai but nothing seems to be working. Hi doctor, In 2013 i had a stricture operation done at that time doctor told me that i have a high bladder neck and prescribed alfusin but whenever i take it i get a lot of gas and stomach pain.what to do?

I have yellowish penial discharge and severe pain when urinating. I have used ciprofloxacin 500mg, doxycycline 100mg and metronidazole 400mg for 2 days now but pain keeps getting worse and discharge won't stop.

My father is undergone through ultrasound and foud below report -- Bilateral kidneys are echogenic with mild blurring of CMD s/o Medical renal disease. Enlarged prostate  37 gm with insignificant PVR. Please suggest
