Whenever I pull down my foreskin, I feel pain in my forehead; I've searched and checked Google...is it Balanitis?

Its been 3months I had sex with my partner from that day still now I'm having frequent urination. What to do in this case.

Previously I have very tight foreskin. After consultation with doctor I am using steroid cream from last 20 days and now the skin is opened and I am able to retract is little. I am attaching the picture of retractable skin and frenulum. Can you please suggest if frenulum is tight, because when I retract the skin frenulum stretch. Soo please suggest if frenuloplasty required or still circumcision needed.

Whenever I am passing urine am feeling pain, and my lower abdomen is also paining when am feeling urge to urine . And when m travelling by vehicle the jerking also giving pain that's not continuous pain but fo rthe time being m feeling with the jerk.

I have frequent urination since 2019. Dr suggested me to take ct ,i had 1.5 mm stone in kidney no medication given . Every year since then whenever i take ct or ultrasound the size of the stone was growing. My problem is frequent urination, even without drinking water i urinate with urge and especially when the climate is chill or when i am in A/c i feel more urgue and frequency to urinate. Can this be caused due to Kidney stone?
