For the past few days I have been experiencing foamy urine and back pain but when my blood test has been done of urea and creatinine and my ultrasonography has also been normal the only two problem I am experiencing is foamy urine and back pain so please suggest the next steps and how to treat foamy urine and actually I drink very Less water from few months what could be the reason I am attaching my ultrasonography and urea and creatinine report. My age is 22 and male. And few days ago I had urinary tract infection.

Hi My 8 yr old son is facing issues for frequent urination. Every 15-30 mins, he feel the urge to urniate even though only few drops of urine comes out still he feels like going to urinate again and again and feels it is not being emptied. He is usually anxious at times especially while going out of house or school and but now its hapening regularly at home as well. Pls suggest any reasons or what to do. Have consulted urologist but not much help.

I am attaching my USG abdomen report of Jan 2024 The PSA reading was then 2.32. After this  report, my general physician prescribed Urimax D for 6 months and has now extended it for a further 6 months. 20 days ago I had pain and stiffness in my feet. My Uric acid level was 7.1 and I was prescribed Febuxostat for a month. Still I am having stiffness and little pain in both feet and toes. Please guide.

Dear Doc, I am having frequent urination problem from last 20 days. I went to 3 urologists and all have given prostasis medicines but i am not getting releif.
