Kidney Problems

I've been facing pain during urination which lasts for 5-10 mins after passing urine since 2 weeks. I've taken homeopathic medicine but of no use. Even frequency of urine passing has also decreased. Kindly advise.

So while making love to my wife after much fore play, I came earlier than I wanted so I tried to apply the squeeze technique to hold it back but still couldn't after a while, so I let it spill. Noticed in the recent weeks I don't feel a sensation to pee anymore but when i try to pee I actually really pee like I am pressed. What could be wrong?

I have grade I fatty infiltration of liver. Few calculus noted in mid calyx on right kidney, it's in 6.4 mm. On left kidney few calculus are noted. In mid calyx it's of 5mm. Mild hydroureteronephrosis noted. In the distal ureter 5.5mm calculus are noted.
