The pain started near my right kidney area when I was shifting my house from one place to another the pain start near my right kidney the next day of the shifting then I took some medicines and it became normal but after 1month I ate Chinese fast food noodles next day I got stomach pain + the pain near the kidney area then I use some medicines and it got normal again after 2 weeks I got stomach pain and pain near the kidney area so I thought maybe I got some kidney stones because my family background is having some kidney stones so i have done a test  called complete Urine Examination the reports was normal except the pus cells whose  range is 7 to 9 hpf and epithelial cells whose range range is 8 to 10 hpf so is this condition of urinary infection or the kidney stones?
