Kidney Problems

I have constant pain while urinating. I had undergone a blood test which indicated that my uric acid is 7.8 and my pus cells range is 150-160/hpf. Do i hv a kidney problem or kidney stone.?*what should i do.

Sir, I have a kidney stone of 1.4 cm at lower calyx of left kidney & my urologist has suggested pcnl. I have few queries regarding this procedure. will there be more blood lose or damage to the kidney? In this procedure kidney is punctured so I am worried how safe is this procedure.
