This regarding my wife having a problem of leaking of urine without her knowledge.
Will coughing also, she feel the urine she passed. Please suggest me what to do further? Guide me what all test i need to take before addressing the doctor.

Black specks in urine
Hi im 26 years old and im being diagnosed with gout and high uric acid. I start to drink plenty of water everyday. My urine color became pale yellow which is good but sometime I noticed small black speck in my urine? Its that bad thing? It rarely happen but sometimes it does.

Ultrasound showed pelvi-calyceal system is dilated with inferior calyceal separation 7-8mm. Upper ureter is mildly prominent. A calculus measuring 4mm is seen in lower ureter proximal to VUJ. Tiny concretion 3mm sized seen in mid pole.......I am 24 year old female.
