Kidney Problems

I have been suffering from left lower abdominal pain and left testicular pain and enlargement from one year. Pain is not very severe . I I urinate 6 to 7 time a day and not have any problem in urination but 15 days ago I pee blood after urination . It happens frequently in 2- 2 minute interval. Afer consuming boiled water it is not happening but my urine is dark yellow. I feel something aching in left lower abdomen  when I sit in a chair and it feel more when I sit completely on foot . please advice me

There is a solid mass on the scrotum. It is painless. The nerves in the scrotum region is swollen also. There is internal pain in the abdomen during exercise. I have attached usg of scrotum.

Dear mam, day before yesterday after taking soda &milk, urine came properly...thn i hv started medication prescribed by u. But since yesterday urine comes vry little just like tip-tip,not fully coming with pressure. Do i hv to drink soda &milk again today...? Or just takes medication as described which i am having since yesterday. Pl advise what to do..?
