Kidney Problems

Hello! My problem is that everytime i go for urinating, after i have finished my vahina has a lot of burning sensation. It is very painful because it feels that it is on fire. Please help

I continuously feel like urinating. I urinate 3-4 times in 30 min. If i am not going to washroom then I feel stomach pain. With in few days i am feeling very lazy.

My father is 57 yrs old. He underwent rigid cystoscopy and Turbt 1 month ago.Doctors found 2 tumours.1 papillary pedunculated tumour 1cm away from left UO and another small 0.5cm papillary lesion right side proximal to right.They gave immediate mitomycin 40.biopsy report shows it's a TaG2 low grade papillary urothelium carcinoma.now he is having mitomycin 40 weekly for 6weeks and then doctors advised for cystoscopic surveillance.3 instillation done.Till now he's doing fine.Not much issues.my question is why the doctors choose mmc 40 over bcg?and what about his prognosis? Is there any chance for his bladder removal?please let me know please..

My 7 yr olddaughter has UTI about twice a year. Doctor ordered ultrasound and a ureterocele was diagnosed on ultrasound. It was followed by DMSA scan which showed no kidney scarring at all. Now doc advises MCU for diagnosing reflux and also exact position of ureterocele. Is MCU absolutely necessary ?

My daughter is 9 years old. She is complaining of abdominal pain again and again..I got her urine test done and her pustak cells were 10-15 .Doctor told me for urine culture..It is negative and then again urine examination was done and pus cells are 35-40..I am worried..Is she ok ..What type of treatment is needed.. Tomorrow I am going to consult doctor also..Please suggest.
