I have a cortical cyst measuring 16.0×16.0mm noted in the upper pole in the left kidney . Calcification noted within it . Mild to moderate fullness of the pelvi- calyceal system noted . A calculus measuring 11.0mm noted in the renal pelvis. What should Ido?

Cortical cyst requires Ct scan with contrast for better delineation as well classification of cyst according to Bosniak classification Cyst class 1 and 2A can be conserved. 2B-requires follow up investigation 3and 4-Surgicak removal as there is increased risk of Tumor in this groups
