My mom has 12 Mm cortical cyst seen in right kidney and the the person who gave ultra sound report to my mom said that it is not a very big problem if you you want you can pospon the sergery and try some thing else for a while

Normally non symptomatic simple cortical cysts in the kidney does not require any treatment.only required to follow up at yearly basis to look for any progress,new occurrence of symptoms
