Kidney Problems

I have been recently experiencing a slight discomfort in my lower right abdomen especially when I stand up from a seated position or vice versa. I then got a sonography done which mentioned that I have kidney stones. The stones are small (around 3-5 mm in diameter) The doctor said they are passable by urine. So my question is can I continue with my workouts at the gym when I am in this medical condition? I usually do light cardio workouts. I have attached a soft copy of my sonography report. Please help.

Sir , In microscopic examination pus cells are 15 -20/HPF in my urine.Sir I meet a accident and pelvic operation done and fitted catheter for urine flow.due to this I was going for urine testing and found 15-20/HPF in microscopic examination. Sir pls tell me solution.
