Kidney Problems

Pain & intermittenly passes urine.I already consulted with a doctor& check urine.The report was colour- red , RBC-PLENTY ,CRYSTLS -NIL. I have pain right side of my abdomen. Can u plz suggest what is the reason ?

I m 80 yrs old and my weight is 80 kg. i m a diabetic also. recently i am diagnosed with infection in lungs and kidney malfunction leading to minimal urine output. i have been put in ICU for 11 days now and treated with dialysis also. my condition as of now is normal and is not requiring any surgical procedures to be done. kindly advise if i can continue my treatment at home also.

In my current routine health checkup, I got  Urine Spot Albumin 10.00 mg/L Urine Spot Creatinine 0.10 g/L  that is below the reference range. So I am bit worried and want to know what could be the issue and possible treatment.

I have 20-25 RBC's in my urine, before i did hernia operation. is it due to this? or something else. my doc suggest me to take ciprofloxacin 500mg and achyrantes aspera, cyperus scariosus-cystone combination
