Burning and irritation while urinating
I've been suffering from this weird thing since 1.5 month. No fever. I've taken treatment from a urologist. He advised some tests as below. 1. Ultra sound: Came up with urine retention with no other abnormalities 2. Urine flow: Normal 3. Urine culture: No bacterial growth seen 4. Cystoscopy: Bullbar stricture and little inflammation on bladder wall seen. No stone or tumor seen. Janhavi Dilation done. 27.1.2018 Currently doctor has given Monicef O, Enzoflam, Abegab, Alkaston these medicines for 20 days. What could be the problem. Even cystoscopy didn't help. Is there anything like some vitamin difficiency casing this. I'm worried.

Dilation for bulbar urethral stricture may not work in a great way, you may have to undergo endoscopic internal urethrotomy or substitution urethroplasty for the same. if the caliber of the stricture is not very narrow, then daily self dilation may be helpful. it is not be of any deficiency
