I have a pain In my bsck on the right side im pretty sure its my kidey. It is painful to urinate . Sometimmes it is uncomfortable to sit down . What is causing this?

Any inflammation or obstruction may give rise to pain in renal or ureteric region.it may be due to number of conditions ,most common being stone disease. Get ultasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region along with a functional study like IVP or CT Urography for further elaboration
