Kidney Problems

I have 4 mm stone in left renal but im drinking lot of water and yet not the stone is released

There is very mild lower left quadrant pain only in the morning, after urine is done then pain is gone. It is just for 1-2 mins after urine it is gone. Do I need to consult any doctor for it. I do take alcohol but once in a week. Some times more. Can you please advice on my condition

Kindly guide me with the diet in case of creatnine at level of 2.9 ... What can be the suitable diet for me at this stage.

Missing some part in previous question.Sir I am a 23 year male since birth I have beeo Ln facing the problem of bedwetting and week bladder .my problems is bedwetting and not control the urine in day urge urination and urge urination and dreaming urination .some ocassiion I fell batter but starts again .I undergo all test like ultrasound urine infection all was right .except minor enlarged in bladder.so I want to take medicine with specification l have one problem also when I go to urine it needs more force to empty the bladder and I feel that the bladder is not fully empty and after half night every one to two hour I go to urine specially in morning

My urs has been done before 2 month and after removing stant after that procedure i am having pain that same site continues mild pain is there. I meet doc. Again and ask about pain so dr. Advice to do x ray and sonography but nothing in both report He say its just infection but my urine is dark yello colour continues now what is my dignose please healp me sir. Now i m out of station. Hi dear sir/mam I wanna ask about my creatinine levels which are 1.15 .I wanna ask is it normal range ,do i have to take any medication? Or good diet and fluid is enough .

I have Primary Bladder Neck Obstruction and i have been going to see a doctor in my country Nigeria for some time now. and he gave me Alfuzosin Hdrochloride 10mg to take for 3 months. when i started taking this drug i notices some yelowish mucus coming out with my unine. i would like to know if this drug is the best drug i should take to solve this problem. 2 days back i found my urine being really dark and i held dehydration responsible for that since i forget to drink enough water.with focused water intake it came to normal color. Today i drank water at 3 o clock, passed normal urine at 6 o clock and again at 8:30 without any water intake after 3 o clock, just to find out that the  8:30 one was again that dark. Should i be alarmed or its normal? Not eating anything different, no medicines, No pain, no fatigue, no fever, no issues yet. I have a history of both kidney stones and UTI . How long can i wait to observe things before i rush to a clinic? What else should i observe meanwhile?

Hi doc, in 25 weeks 4 days Tiffa scan saying that Kindey : prominent B/L PCS 5-6 MM is there any big problem or conman problem. can we get it recover IF S how?what is the process.what could be the reason.
