Kidney Problems

I have stomach ulcer and indigestion Everytime i eat something wether it is some simple good food also even when I am having veggie also I always have indigestion and always have diarrhea whenever I eat something.

Urine dosnt clear every time he use to go bathroom and after his pant get wet then after some time he want to go for bathroom

My uroflow is about 13 ml/sec and ultrasound results show some retention of urine in bladder. Urine tests are normal. However, I have some strain in lower abdomen. The pain increases when I run or do physical exercises. Can you recommend any medications or exercises? I have started taking Neeri and doing butterfly exercise.
