Kidney Problems

My father suffering from urine infection since last 3 months. In November he he had hospitalized for the same. After discharge doctor advised us prostate operation. Within 20 days he was again  suffering from same symptoms like fever, whitish urine color increase in WBC count and didn't want to eat anything . Doctors immediately treated the infection and then did the prostate operation. Now again the same thing. Doctor said they don't know the root cause for frequent infection. They also  did urine culture and change medicines two times. What to do?
