Kidney Problems

I have 102 fever with severe headache, fatigue,chills, nausea and small muscular lumps in fingers and toes, loud heartbeat,increase in blood pressure (140/100) shooting chest pain, lower back pain to the right. I am under blood pressure medication (telmisartan 40mg) since one year. Medical history : Congenital absence of left kidney. solitary right kidney with PUJ obstruction, with features of compensatory hypertrophy with mild hydronephrosis, moderate pelvicalyceal system dilation of right kidney.

I just received the results of my medical and its say's there is a trace of albumin and has 6-8pus cells hpf

I am having a peanut size boil on the right side of scrotum between leg and scrotum. It is on the end of the scrotum. I am confused,It is present from 2day now and the boil appeared like a month ago left and it appeared again just yesterday what the cause

I’m 17, I started edging 2 months ago and when I did my last edge I felt a high bulge pressure and afterwards stopped this but since then I have this problem with waiting longer than usual to pee (5-10 seconds longer but gets to minutes if worse). It’s been 2 months and I still have this issue but its kinda on and off but most the time I have this issue. Symptoms: Difficulty urinating, sometimes I need to sit in the toilet for the pee to come through but that’s kinda rare. Can sepsis occur?

I am coming for family problem of body heat. So when I have food I don't feel like drinking water so this lead body heat and dehydration occurs and Frequent urination happens and my stomach fall out while usually it will be in correct posture and when strand for 2-3 minutes I feel like urine is coming and in between traces of urine is on my inner wear .

My Uric Acid test shows 7.8. What does this mean? Can you please explain. Appreciate it.

I have been recently experiencing a slight discomfort in my lower right abdomen especially when I stand up from a seated position or vice versa. I then got a sonography done which mentioned that I have kidney stones. The stones are small (around 3-5 mm in diameter) The doctor said they are passable by urine. So my question is can I continue with my workouts at the gym when I am in this medical condition? I usually do light cardio workouts. I have attached a soft copy of my sonography report. Please help.
