Kidney Problems

I had. Uti one week ago and was taking amoxicillin on and off for it. Just recently I’ve developed back pain and sometimes even blood in my urine

USG report shows bilateral pleural effusion with ascites and renal parenchymal changes Patient has previous history of heart failure and kidney failure What does the report suggest ? Complications ?

I am suffering with pain in stomach & kidney dude to 4 to 5 mm extra size in right side kidney of normal size.so please suggest any normal treatment

I had my normal forecep delivery almost 5 months ago. Since then when I pee there is slight pain when urine ends. But it is now 97 prcnt reduced. Recently I had my blood and urine test and there are traces of calcium oxalate and 2-3 rbc hpf as per report. My cholesterol is also high bt within borderline range. Please suggest if it is normal post delivery. I rarely feel some sort of uneasiness on left side.
