Urine dosnt clear every time he use to go bathroom and after his pant get wet then after some time he want to go for bathroom

Since last 2-3 days I am having frequent urination.. I didn't had this problem before but since 2-3 days I'm having this.. Is this because of drinking tea more often at the office? The urine colour is normal, sometimes slightly yellow.. Do I have UTI

Hi Doctor, i had my ctscan result saying: the right kidney measures 9.7x4.4x4cm while the left kidney measures 9.9x4.4x3.8 cm. An ovoid non enhancing hypodebce focus measuring 0.5x0.5x0.4cm is seen in the upper pole cortex of the right kidney...impression: renal cortical cyst, right (bosniak 1) what does it mean? Is it dangerous? Pls advise. Thanks so much
