Sir we are found RBC 40-60RBC/HPF during Urine test but no fever and pain kindly suggest

In level 2 scan noted both kidneys bilateral pelvicalyceal separation is seen The AP diameter of renal pelvis on both side measures 5 mm. What it means remaining all are normal
