I was suggested by a doctor to drink 5 liters of water every day , as i got a small stone in my salivary glands , fortunately it was removed by small surgery , but they suggested me to drink 5 liters of water every day , but after drinking 5 liters of water every day i was peeing once in a hour is it safe or not for my health , to urinate once for every one hour , and i am male 22 years
