Kidney Problems

I had an issue of black foamy urine 2 weeks back when I had a slight fever. It got resolved in 1-2 days. Now I have fever again today and the same foamy black urine. Is it just dehydration or should I consult a doctor and get a urine test ?

My mom is having dvt and she was on warf and ecosprin av 75 too, because of some misunderstanding she stopped taking warf for 1 month n now her inr level is 1.08 so now we started warf 2 mg. I want to know should we give clexane 0.4 mg too with it ? Will it lead to some internal bleeding or not ?
