Left kidney size increasing in size?
I had been diagnosed with Pcod some years back and keep taking abdomen ultrasound at intervals.I noticed today is that the size of my left kidney is increasing over the years while right has remained constant.
2014
Right - 10.3 x 4.0 cm
Left - 9.8 x 4.9 cm
2016
Right - 10.9 x 4.3
Left - 10.4 x 5.0
2018
Right - 10.4 x 4.1
Left - 12.0 x 5.4
Kidneys normal , No evidence of hydronephrosis. Cortico medullary differenciation is normal.

I think no one would be able to judge the reason for the discrepancy in the kidneys size. It would be better to get the assessment done by CT scan than ultrasound if you are keen to know about the cause, otherwise no need to worry about
